Terms and Conditions of Purchase

One To One Sessions

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the Client.

All sessions must be scheduled within 6 months of original purchase except Age Strong.

Age Strong Programme – All 6 sessions must be taken within 10 weeks of your first session.)

If paying by monthly Direct Debit, a notice period of 1 month is required by either party to cancel access to content and any subsequent payments.

Soft Tissue Massage Therapy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of scheduled sessions.

Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the Client.

Packages of 5 sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.

Packages of 3 sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase.

The Blueberry Wellness Hub®

Membership is paid by monthly Direct Debit or Standing Order.

1 month’s notice is required by either party to cancel access to the Membership and any subsequent payments.

Holistic Core Restore® GROUP Course and Back Pain Solution Course

Providing you have given more than 1 month’s notice before the course commences, a full refund can be issued no matter what your reason is for being unable to attend.

If notice is given between 2-4 weeks before the course begins you will receive 50% of your payments made if you have paid in full. If a deposit has been taken this will be taken in full with no refund due.

Less than 2 weeks notice, no refund will be given.

If you miss a session, I will offer you a space to catch up in an alternative class if one is available. I can also offer a catch up on a 1 to 1 basis in my private studio at a rate of £60 per hour.

Holistic Core Restore® Heat Classes

Fees for the term are paid in advance and are not refundable if sessions are missed.

If you have exceptional circumstances such as an illness that prevents you from attending for a long period of time, please speak to me about postponing your sessions.

If you are aware you cannot attend a full term, please discuss with me and we can come to an arrangement about how many weeks you should pay for up front.

Workshops

Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.

Cancellations less than 2 weeks in advance will be charged in full to the Client.

If paying for blocks of 3 for Rel-ease, sessions must be used within 4 months of purchase.

Pregnancy Clients

The Holistic Core Restore® Bump Programme is suitable from the second trimester onwards, 12 to 40 weeks of pregnancy.

Late Arrivals

All sessions shall start at the scheduled time.

Sessions will not be extended due to the tardiness of the Client or due to interruptions made by the Client.

Any Client who has not arrived within 15 minutes of the designated start time will not be able to join the session.

Refund Policy

If a client has started a course, class or block of Personal Training sessions, no refunds will be given.

In the event that a medical problem or prolonged circumstance prevents completion of the contracted session within the time period set forth in this agreement, the Client may take an extended period of time, not to exceed 1 year, to complete said session.

There shall be no cash refunds.

DISCLAIMER – Relating to videos and programmes provided virtually online including via email and text.

As with all fitness and exercise programmes, when using this exercise video you need to use your common sense.

To reduce and avoid injury, you will want to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness programme.

By performing any fitness exercises without supervision, you are performing them at your own risk.

Noelle Moyler will not be responsible or liable for any injury or harm you sustain as a result of this fitness programme, DVD, online fitness video or information shared on our website.

COVID-19

If myself or my family either test positive, or have to isolate due to being advised to do so by the NHS Test and Trace app, all face to face sessions will move to Zoom.

No refunds will be available as all 1 to 1s, courses and classes can continue affectively online.

If I am unwell with Covid and unable to work, I will carry over your session to a future date agreeable with both parties.
