It’s a ‘no-jump’ workout that truly will hit all the fat loss markers and jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session. Once you’ve gone through the ‘Everywoman’ programme, ‘Heat’ is your next step and we truly take it up a notch or two with a change in music and tempo to truly get you moving but with a deep respect for your Pelvic Health. Ultimately, IT CAN BE DONE. You can keep both feet on the ground and still have effective fat loss!

Those who have completed at least one course of our Everywoman Foundation programme or have no pelvic floor issues.
You want to know how to exercise to improve your Fat Loss with respect to your Pelvic Health status ie., without huge impact/load/force going through the Pelvic Floor and Core.

OK, OK, OK, so It’s time to get busy :-)!
Introducing Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12.
12 weeks of upping your game,upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, 12 weeks of getting FITTER, FASTER, STRONGER and being able to go for LONGER because you’ve built a strong HCR foundation and now you’re ready to roll!
You can access this programme LIVE ONLINE with me so once you have your FOUNDATION in place and the time is right for you to work harder…this will be heroic! You truly will enter ‘athlete mode’ with this programme and have a lot of fun getting probably the fittest you’ve ever been.
To take part in this programme, you’ll need a few additional and inexpensive items of exercise kit such as a resistance band, resistance rope, mini band and dumbbells. A full kit list is given on application.
Who is this programme for?
This programme runs for 12 weeks and you will join me LIVE via Zoom each week to complete your weekly workout. Athlete 12 home workouts are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed.
You will also be guided through an additional workout by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
The programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point. Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get FITTER, FASTER AND STRONGER. You’ll do another fitness test at half way to help you see your progress. And 100% you will have progressed. Then we keep going until you hit your grand finale, your final fitness test at week 12 and GRADUATION DAY!
And of course, we would be remiss to not include a RESULTS GUARANTEED Clean Eating, SIMPLE, Fat Loss Nourishment Guide. We wanted the best for you and so asked the best in the business, HCR® Coach Julie Bartlett to provide her comprehensive, TRIED AND TESTED and widely successful programme as a compliment to this programme.

Fit to Run®/Walk Programme.
This HIGHLY EFFECTIVE six-week programme, created in collaboration with GB Athlete Chris Stanton, is designed to give you THE VERY BEST FOUNDATION for your new or already established running and walking habit – literally from the ground up! Delivered either virtually or face-to-face, this programme is UNIQUE because it’s specifically designed with a woman’s body in mind, especially in terms of Pelvic Health because at the end of the day, women’s are DIFFERENT to mens and all exercise/rehab programming needs to be made bespoke for each woman.
Education:
Understand your body better and what it takes to run or walk for longer and stronger.
Soft Tissue Therapy:
Learn how to administer Soft Tissue Therapy for yourself and take your running self-care to the next level!
Mobility:
Learn how to mobilize the ‘Big Rocks’ of better running and walking…the feet, ankles, hips and lower and thoracic spine.

Get all the essential muscles and connective tissue ONLINE and ready to work for you.

For women over 35 who run, their most common injuries are foot and ankle related?
That over one-quarter of the bones in your body are in your feet, so if they’re not happy, nothing else will be!
That if you’re leaking with running, it may be more important to work on hip mobility rather than isolated pelvic floor ‘clenching’!
