To start working with me initially book a 90 Minute Consultation as your first session, this will be your health screening where I will learn all about you and build your bespoke programme.

In your initial confirmation email, you will also receive links to two pre-screening forms which I will use to get the most out of our first session. Please ensure you fill these form’s out within 24 hours of booking.
