1:1 In-Person or Online Personal Training:

* 2 sessions a week £45 a session, payable by monthly direct debit.

* 1 session a week £55 a session, payable by monthly direct debit.

* Block of 10 sessions £60 a session; instalment payments available

*Clients paying by direct debit will also receive FREE access to The Blueberry Wellness Hub workout archive of 600 sessions.

Your first session is an in person 90 Minute Consultation which includes a women’s health screening where I learn all about you and build your bespoke programme.

Bespoke 4-Week Training Programme
A fully customised plan designed just for you, to follow at home or in the gym. It’s ideal if you’re confident to train solo but want structure and progression.

You will receive a 30 minute review each month either in person or on Zoom (your choice) and a 4 week training programme with 3 sessions each week, so that’s 12 sessions.

£47 per month on a rolling 4 week direct debit.

Age Strong by Moyler’s Marvellous Menopause

A 7 session introduction to Strength Training during your peri to post menopause years. First session is 90 minutes and following are 60 minutes. All 7 sessions must be taken with 10 weeks of first session.

In your initial confirmation email, you will receive links to two pre-screening forms. Please ensure you fill these forms out within 24 hours of booking.

The Blueberry Wellness Hub
